How eAssist Changed Trish’s Life

As much as Trish enjoyed her dental billing job, and even the office culture, she realized her opportunities to grow professionally and personally were limited. Since first joining the eAssist platform as an independent Success Consultant (SC) nearly three years ago, Trish has been empowered to grow nonstop!

Along with providing doctors with the peace of mind that comes from being paid all they are owed, Trish has gained her own peace of mind by owning her own business. While many in the dental industry were being laid off during the COVID-19 industry shutdown, Trish was in control of her income, her time, her work/life balance, and her future. Trish describes herself as someone who “works hard, plays hard. I now have the freedom to do the things I need and want to do with my family, while also making a good income.”

Trish quickly progressed to Lead Success Consultant, leading and coaching a team of SCs to build their own independent businesses while providing superior results and service to eAssist clients.

Recognized for her attention to detail and consistent embrace of eAssist’s core values, Trish was given the opportunity to join the platform as an employee of eAssist Dental Solutions in the role of Team Placement Division Leader. She recalled, “When I became an employee, it furthered my knowledge of this company and my career to an amazing turn. I love my position; I’m able to use my skills from my years in dentistry and as an eAssist consultant to speak with SCs, learn their own stories, and help them grow their businesses right along with eAssist growing. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to grow in ways that have changed my life.”
