Overview of an eAssist Dental Accounting Success Consultant:
Our Dental Accounting Success Consultants provide accounting and bookkeeping needs for eAssist dental office clients, and do this while working from home. This important role allows the in-office team to focus on other tasks while we take care of their day-to-day accounting needs.
Dental Accounting Success Consultant Details:
Dental Accounting Success Consultants are part of a team that is responsible for meeting our Brand Promises of:
- Reconcile Deposits within the bank and practice management software
- Categorize Income and Expense Transactions
- Provide reporting with any Questions or Concerns and Financial Health
- Meet with the team and the Doctor regularly to discuss goals and achievements
Ideal Candidate:
eAssist Accounting Success Consultants know the importance of reconciliation and have a passion for solving complex dental accounting problems.
Requirements:
- Have at least 1 year of experience in at least one of the following fields: Accounting, Bookkeeping, Financial, Banking, Office Management
- Have a dedicated work space, reliable computer meeting our IT requirements, printer and high speed internet
- You’re self-directed, know how to set/achieve goals, and work independently
- Have daytime availability to meet with your team and the Doctor during their business hours
